1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WebDevWorker (accessible at https://www.webdevworker.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services. WebDevWorker is operated by Zaviyan (Zaviyan LLC).

2. Developer Utility & Code Generation Use

All code formatters, CSS generators, regex testers, and cryptographic utilities provided on WebDevWorker are provided "as-is" for software engineering, design, and webmaster workflows.

While all algorithms conform to open standards (W3C, RFCs, Web Crypto), developers are encouraged to test generated CSS and code snippets in staging environments before deploying to critical production infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The interface design, branding assets, vector logos, and proprietary architecture of WebDevWorker are the intellectual property of Zaviyan (Zaviyan LLC), protected under United States copyright and trademark laws. Any code, CSS, or JSON output you generate with WebDevWorker is 100% yours to use commercially without royalty or attribution.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zaviyan (Zaviyan LLC), its officers, directors, or engineers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our developer utilities.
