Privacy Policy & Cookie Disclosures

Last Updated: March 2026 • Owned & Operated by Zaviyan (Zaviyan LLC), a United States Software Engineering & Digital Product Firm.

๐Ÿ”’ 1. Core Commitment: Zero-Telemetry Client-Side Architecture

At WebDevWorker (https://www.webdevworker.com), operated exclusively by Zaviyan (Zaviyan LLC), privacy is not merely a legal statementโ€”it is our core engineering foundation. All 96 web utilities (including JSON formatters, SQL transpilers, cURL converters, JWT inspectors, regex engines, and cryptographic hashing tools) execute 100% locally within your device's browser memory (using V8 in Chrome/Edge, JavaScriptCore in Safari, and SpiderMonkey in Firefox).

Your source code, API keys, database dumps, passwords, regex patterns, and intellectual property are never transmitted, logged, or retained on any remote server. When you refresh or close your browser tab, all memory buffers are instantly purged by your operating system.

๐Ÿ“ข 2. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Disclosures

To ensure WebDevWorker remains 100% free and accessible for software developers worldwide, we partner with Google AdSense to display non-intrusive advertisements. In strict compliance with Google AdSense Program Policies and Google Publisher Disclosures, please note the following:

  • Third-Party Vendor Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to WebDevWorker or other websites across the Internet.
  • Google DoubleClick DART Cookies: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized or contextual advertisements to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the World Wide Web.
  • Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising: Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) consumer opt-out page at www.aboutads.info.

๐Ÿช 3. Cookies, Web Beacons & Local Storage Usage

WebDevWorker uses minimal, functional client-side storage mechanisms:

  • UI Preference Cookies / localStorage: We store your selected visual theme (dark or light) in your local browser storage (wdw_theme) and cookie consent status (wdw_cookie_consent). These contain zero personally identifiable information.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): We utilize Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-G718R5DYYR) to monitor aggregated, anonymized web metrics (e.g., total tool usage volume, device screen sizes, and generic operating systems) to prioritize new utility development. IP anonymization is enforced.

โš–๏ธ 4. European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance

For visitors residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, WebDevWorker processes all data under Article 6(1) of the GDPR. Because our utilities operate with local browser memory isolation, we do not collect, process, or store personal data from your tool inputs.

Under Articles 15 through 22 of the GDPR, European citizens hold specific legal rights:

  • The right to access, rectify, or erase any personal information.
  • The right to restrict or object to automated data processing.
  • The right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting lawful prior processing.

๐ŸŒด 5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) Notice

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents are entitled to specific disclosures:

  • We Do NOT Sell or Share Personal Information: WebDevWorker has never sold, rented, or leased personal information to third parties, and will not do so in the future.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never deny services, charge different prices, or provide degraded performance if you exercise your California privacy rights.
  • To submit a privacy inquiry or CCPA request, email our compliance team at business@zaviyanllc.com.

๐Ÿ‘ถ 6. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)

WebDevWorker is designed for professional software engineers, students, webmasters, and DevOps developers. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store personal data from children under the age of 13 under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
